Will it stay on all night?
Yes - the mask is designed to rest comfortably on your face. The gentle weight helps it stay in place as you relax or fall asleep. Some people may move it off during the night, which is completely normal.
Can I place my eye mask in the fridge or freezer?
Yes - you can place your mask in the fridge or freezer for a cooling effect. We
recommend sealing it in a clean bag first to keep it fresh. A chilled mask can
be especially soothing for tired eyes, puffiness, or after a long day.
Is it good for migraines or headaches?
Many people find that the gentle pressure and light-blocking design help
ease tension and promote relaxation, which may provide relief for headaches or
migraines. While it’s not a medical treatment, it can be a comforting addition
to your wind-down routine.
Can I sleep on my side with it?
Yes - the flexible design allows the mask to contour comfortably to your
face, making it suitable for back and side sleepers.
How do I clean it?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not
machine wash or submerge, as this may affect the weighted filling.
Who is it not suitable for?
This product is not recommended for young children or individuals sensitive
